As you may have already experienced, excess body weight, no matter the amount, can have many negative side effects: health issues, physical limitations, and a lack of confidence. Our desire at The Nutritionist Group is to help you regain perspective and control regarding your weight while pursuing weight loss in a healthy and lasting way. So, how can we help you?

What We Will Do:

We will assess your diet and lifestyle. Then, together we’ll set attainable goals. Since you are unique (yes, you!), then we’ll create a plan exclusively fit you and your goals. Then we’ll set a follow up for appointment in a time-frame dependent upon your needs.

For Locals:

One of the most important pieces of information in weight loss is your resting metabolic rate. This tells us how many calories your body burns when at rest. We will do a test to find out this number at our clinic in Western North Carolina and once we do that we can adjust your diet plan and activities according to your needs.
