If you are feeling sluggish, stressed, worn out, or not 100%, The Nutritionist Group will work with you to determine your health goals and how to reach them. We can develop a plan that works for you and get you back running up to speed so that you can live the life that you want to live. Once these goals have been determined TNG will create a timeline to help you achieve them. In part with achieving your goals, TNG will help discover the proper food sources that get you to your end goal.

If improving fitness and athletic performance through diet is one of your goals, we can help with that too! Timing of macronutrients is an important factor in performance and making sure that the proper proteins, carbohydrates, and fats are going into your body. We will work with your body’s natural nutrient needs to maximize performance. TNG will also identify supplements that may help to enhance your performance.

TNG will never recommend unsafe mechanisms for performance enhancement. Reaching your goals is very important, but we want you to achieve them the right way.
