Easy To Make Nutritious Berry Veggie Smoothie Recipe

We don’t know about you, but when we first think of vegetables in a smoothie we think, “Hmmm, that’s odd.” However, this Berry Veggie Smoothie has all of the nutrients¬†of the vegetables in it with all of the berry¬†taste that comes along with the blueberries and cranberries!

This recipe was created in our very own kitchen. Michael, our operations manager, has been on a smoothie kick lately, so we have a ton of smoothie ingredients at our office.

Originally this recipe may have been doubled (or tripled) and may or may not have also ended up all over the counter. We decided to make it into a small serving and hope, for your sake, it doesn’t make nearly as much of a mess as when we make it!

We used Xymogen OptiCleanse GHI Sugar and Stevia Free Vanilla Delight, but you can use any type of protein powder!
